Yes! Your email service is pre-configured to protect against the most common spam messages. You can adjust spam filtering behavior based on your unique needs. You can also set our filtering at the lowest level in the case you use your own local filtering or if you simply do not want it to interfere with your messages.
The Zarbyte Dashboard shows your real-time disk usage on your service management page. The disk usage information reflects all domains and accounts under your service.
Yes! We offer free email migration assistance. Open a ticket through your Zarbyte Dashboard to start the conversation. After verifying a few pieces of information, we take care of everything else for you. Our migration procedure guarantees you will not miss a single email.
Use cases our services are not suitable for.
We do not allow our services to be used for sending marketing emails. This includes any solicited or unsolicited marketing emails and/or any level of spam.
This restriction also extends to email lists. We do not allow sending to mailing lists, even if your users have subscribed to them. Our services are for personal and transactional business use only.
You are able to send up to 300 messages per hour, per email address. This limit cannot be raised.
Using multiple email addresses to work-around hourly limits to send bulk mail is a violation of our Terms of Service.
You will never exceed this limit under normal circumstances. The only time you will hit this limit is if you are sending bulk email, which we do not allow.
External Forwarders Discouraged
We discourage configuration of email forwarders to external mail servers. Forwarding mail to third party services can often lead to IP reputation headaches. We recommend using IMAP or POP to remotely fetch messages instead of forwarding them over SMTP.
For example, we discourage creation of a forwarder to forward messages to GMail. You should use GMail's Account Import features instead of a traditional SMTP forwarder.
